Lycopene and Vitamin C (as Mineral Ascorbates)
Research has shown that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables (which contain Vitamin C and Lycopene) is associated with a healthy heart. Both Vitamin C and Lycopene, a known powerful antioxidant, are key ingredients in our formula. 4 packets per day gives you the same amount of Lycopene found in 1/2 lbs. of fresh tomatoes!

Plant Sterols
Virtually every plant contains natural sterols, which work with your body chemistry to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels when combined with a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low in saturated fat.

Directions
Place contents in glass and add 160ml to 240ml of water. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of young children. For maximum benefit it is important to take 1 to 2 packets, twice daily with meals.
