Beta Carotene is a powerful antioxidant that may help protect the body from harmful free radicals. As the precursor of Vitamin A, it may also help night vision and aid the body’s natural defences. True Food® Beta Carotene contains bio-transformed™ Beta Carotene for optimum absorption. A True Food® Supernutrition Plus multivitamin is also recommended.
Suggested intake:
Take 1 tablet a day.
One tablet typically provides:
6mg Bio-transformed™ Beta Carotene (16,000iu) plus other phyto-nutrients, including Beta Glucans, naturally found in the rich food base of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture.
No added:
Sugar, salt, starch, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
