We are back to Normal in terms of Order Processing. Most of the Orders that are received before 2pm are getting despatched on the same day. But Royal Mail is taking a lot longer than expected so please bear with us for the delay in the Delivery.

As you can imagine, Certain Immunity Products are still low in stock or Out of stock. We are really sorry but due to stock levels changing drastically every day, it is very hard for us to keep up with the stock update on the website so they might show in stock where we might NOT have Physical Stock. Due to this reason we might have to send incomplete Order or may have to Refund the Order Completely.

Royal Mail is taking bit longer than expected for their deliveries so please allow upto 7 working days before making an enquiry.
