Mathew Anello: Health Coaching & SRI Technique

Matthew is a Certified Health Coach, AADP.  He practices a holistic approach to nutrition, which means that he looks at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As he works together with you, you and he look at how all parts of your life affect the whole.

Somato (Body) Respiratory (Breathing) Integration™ (S.R.I.) is designed to offer you new options in your experience of your body and personal healing. S.R.I. exercises (based on Donald Epstein's book The 12 Stages of Healing) are designed to help the brain reconnect with the body and its experience.  The goal of S.R.I. is to help an individual develop lifetime skills, safety, strength, wisdom, and love in relationship to the experience of the structure and energy of the body.

Julia Franks : Psycotheraphy

Julia Franks is an experienced and accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, working in the Southgate area.  Counselling and Psychotherapy provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk and explore challenging areas of your life.

Counselling can help with a range of issues and problems from coming to terms with painful situations, improved relationships, feeling more in control of your life by changing unhelpful patterns of behaviour, increased self-esteem and self confidence, and gaining more focus with regard to your life aims and goals.

Clinical Supervision is offered to counsellors and complementary therapists to optimise the service that is being provided to clients.  This may involve gaining insights and ideas about the work and/or the therapeutic relationship,  or off-loading in order to avoid burn out.  Clinical Supervision is an opportunity to keep your work fresh and dynamic.

Julia currently works in private practice and for the NHS service.  Julia fully abides by the British Association of Counselling Ethical Framework.
