Bach Flower White Chestnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum) 20ml.
Bach Flower White Chestnut is indicated for obsessive, worrying throughts that seem impossible to control. Sufferers cannot let go of unhappy events or arguments and keep reliving them mentally. Persistent, unwanted thoughts and mental arguments go round and round like a stuck record, leading to a troubled mind. It is difficult to concentrate during the day, or to sleep at night. The sufferer may therefore appear inattentive and may not answer when spoken to (see also Clematis).
The positive potential of Bach Flower White Chestnut is peace of mind. The head is clear; thinking is under control and can be put to positive use of problem-solving. Worry is replaced by trust in a positive outcome.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:Dilute two drops of Bach Flower White Chestnutin a glass of water and sip at intervals. Replenish as neccessary
FOR MULTIPLE USE:
Add two drops of Bach Flower White Chestnutto a 30ml mixing bottle (you may combine up to seven remedies in this bottle), top up with mineral water and take four drops at least four times a day.
If neccessary, the Bach Original Flower Remedies can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists.
