UK Mainland Delivery:

Following are the Delivery Options

Free Delivery: - We offer free deliveries within UK for all standard online orders above £15* ( amount should before VAT ). Order is normally dispatched within 1-2 working days from date of receipt of order via Royal Mail Second Class Post.

First class delivery:- We can send your order via Royal Mail priority first class service with an extra charge of £3.00.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery:- The charge for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is £7.99. As long as Order is placed before 1.00pm  (Monday – Thursday) and the items Ordered are in Stock, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery the same day you place your order. Orders received on Friday before 1.00pm will be processed and posted the same day but may not arrive until Monday.

Our staffs are well trained to answer all your queries and will be able to assist you in your choices. The expert advice and extraordinary customer service is not at any extra costs. 

Overseas Orders

We welcome all our overseas customers and are more than happy to arrange a delivery outside United Kingdom. We have such a good shipping operation that we can get you very low pricing and an excellent service. Please Note Delivery to the International addresses may take up to 7-10 working days from the date we confirm that the order is despatched. For our International Customers please call us on  0044 203 4174913  0044 203 4174913  for our international shipping rates.   

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel or amend the order by sending an email to orders@nirvanahealthfood.com or by calling our customer care on 0203 417 4913 but SUBJECT to it has not been processed for despatch. We will confirm back to you if the order has been cancelled. In all cases full refund will be made to the credit / debit card used. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been processed by our warehouse. However if the order has been processed and despatched, then you may wish to return the items for a full refund less any carriage incurred (see Returns Policy below).

Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

It will be the customer’s responsibility to inform us via email or telephone about any shortages, incorrect and damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. Non delivery of the goods should be informed to us via email or telephone within 4 working days from the day your order is been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the claim is processed, appropriate Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer.

Products lost in Transit: 

We try to provide the best service to our customers in terms of delivering the products. If in case the products are lost in transit we are more than happy to refund the customer but it may take up to 21 days to process the refund from the day we are informed about the non delivery of your order. In the mean time if the customer wants to place another order they could do so.

Returns:

Nirvana Health’s Returns Policy is simple and straight forward. We hope to see you have a happy after every purchase you do with us but for any reason if you want to return the products you have ordered you can return the goods un-opened along with the copy of the Invoice and with the original un-damaged   packaging within 14 days of receipt of purchase to the following address:

It is your responsibility to return the products to us, we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
