Grape Seed Extract is an Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs), a naturally occurring substance present in a variety of food and botanical sources having powerful antioxidant capabilities. Clinical tests suggest that OPCs may be as much as fifty times more potent than vitamin E and twenty times more potent than vitamin C in terms of bioavailable antioxidant activity. Able to cross the brain-blood barrier, OPCs can protect the brain and spinal nerves against free radical damage and are powerful pain relievers whilst moderating allergic and inflammatory responses. Pycnogenol was the first source of OPCs discovered.

Each Vegicap provides: Grape Seed Extract 100mg (Of the 100mg approximately 95% are phenolic components, the following is a typical approximate analysis): Typical Polyphenolic Flavonol/Organic Acid Profile Proanthocyanidins (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) not less than 80% Monomeric Polyphenols (catechin, epicatechin & epigallocatechin) 10%-15% Organic Acid (citric, gallic, epigallic & malic Acid) 3%-5% Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: Vegetable powdered cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica Vegicaps capsule shell: vegetable cellulose, vegetable glycerin, water.
